Indonesia & German Asia do not have a surrender screen/annex land screen after japan Capitulates all of the land+in normal kaiserreich you get a surrender screen and are able to puppet all of the capitulated land. You stay at permanent war with both factions while they have zero land. I have had this happen about six times and it makes no sense, Can you bug a dev or fix it please.
