To those having issue with the music stuttering / graphics being slow... I literally had to refer to a random post on the forums from 2016 from someone that was literally running a hacked version of the game in order to find a fix...

This fix works for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ version of the game thankfully. All you need to do is download and install OpenAL (oalinst.exe) Was a bit alarming to see it literally just say "install complete" almost immediately after agreeing... But hey, the results speak for themselves.
