Your character's level seems to be a bit low. The norm is lvl150 with 60 vigor, resulting in 1900hp. You also should pay more attention to the opponent's moves. In our final couple of bouts, I used the same spell against you repeatedly. If you understand that the rings of light return back to me, you shouldn't have nearly as much trouble with it as you did, especially if spamming it is the only thing your opponent does
