Been wanting a Phantom Forces like standalone game for ages and this is it.

Really hope that this game doesn't fail under it's own success like so may other games do, as with its growing popularity the playerbase skill is improving making it harder to play for new players.
Also don't want the developers to start catering to an eSports scene, as that will ruin the casual side of the game.

Only criticisms are that there are so many maps in constant rotation that they become forgettable.
Also Medic role too OP needs nerfing as barely have any incentive to play other roles.

Overall one of the most fun casual games that I have played in years

Bought the base game for cheap and took me 4 months to complete it.
Very fun game to play with a group of friends.
Introduces significant learning curves (such as when i first encountered Nergi) and allows you to choose your own play style.
Gives a good feeling of progression throughout the game by learning new mechanics and aspects as well as upgrading your armour and weapons.
Overall one of the most fun multiplayer games I've played in a while which doesn't get boring and would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to playing the Iceborne DLC.
