there are so many things wrong with this game. like you dont even get infamy points from just completing a heist but you can literally just be stuck at a certain level if you dont try and do the challenges. no starbreeze i will not do the challenges. i dont care if im stuck at lvl 25. id rather play the way i want to play. you should instead buy payday 2 instead. as its way better than this game for now at the least as it lacks a proper lobby system which is so basic i dont even know how they forgot to add it. in its current state this game is barebones. sure its got good gameplay but that wont fix the terrible progression system. there wasnt anything wrong with payday 2's leveling system from what i can recall its just a way to keep you playing for no reason. at least theres no microtransactions right? and yeah. theres none. but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stop changing things that didnt need to be changed. if you wonder why i barely mentioned the story is because its just forgettable. also the menu's look like they took insperation from hulu.

ill be reviewing 2 parts PSO2 and PSO2:NGS anyways heres the PSO2 portion:
PSO2 i think is great altough not newbie friendly as far as i can see menus are scattered and most new players get confused i used to be a new player and oh boy was the mag system a ♥♥♥♥♥ when i first tried to do a "all-arounder" playstyle that would usually not result in good results but the thing is i had fun and i managed to figure the systems out just took some time thing is if you are willing to invest time into PSO2 you might find something great underneath the very complicated menus that SEGA hasnt bothered to fix but generally music is great, gameplay is great, however the story isnt always so great however it never gets so bad you wanna quit at the least oh yeah and the class system its great alot of moves to customize too! its really complicated tho if you wanna maximize what a move for a weapon can do.
here's the PSO2:NGS portion:
wow its been a ride waiting for content well ill tell you how it is in its current state its ok i guess well it is getting better but just its slowly getting towards a good state just the story hasnt been great just ok i guess gameplays fun tho and theres quite alot of depth for all the classes also theres multi-weapon wich combines 2 weapons into 1 weapon so you can have a giant sword be also a wand to cast techniques with (techniques are your typical spells in the game) also the game is open world in PSO2 it was a mission structure where you do X thing and then go back to ship but its not only do X thing i think you can figure that out once you even play you're first mission anyways instead of the emergency missions you'd get while exploring in PSO2 they're called "trials" here and they act in the same exact way as emergency missions do however theres no fishing but there is mining just not with a pickaxe you just use you're sword to get minerals now and i think that's for the better well if anything PSO2:NGS is being updated regularly also the game is free so you wont get you're money robbed if you dislike the game so theres no loss in trying out the game other than the time you're spending on playing the game.
PSO2 Verdict: im goona give it a recommend simply because you have a ton to explore now than you did before.
PSO2:NGS Verdict: its ok i guess but the games improving slowly and they've been really open about their feedback ill rate this game on a 1-5 scale its a 2/5 its a bit undercooked with a lot of quality of life improvements needed i recommend you play PSO2 first before you decide to try PSO2:NGS simply because PSO2:NGS is a bit undercooked.

if youve played the original then this is a good update to the game better graphics bug fixes etc

you make everything and anything no rules no consequences just fun in general this sandbox game is totally fun better then most actully

THIS game IS amazing its art style is unique and rogue like games arent THAT common defenetly worth your time THE weapons and skills and challenges are fun and annoying but you get used to it and stop making mistakes so often also i think this is "THEE FAST PACED ROUGE LIKE 2D GAME" JUST BUY IT probably the best early access game 10/10

short but TONS AND TONS of great mods and the level design is great the soundtrack is great with even more remixes also i dont really like classic sonic but i still sometimes (rarerly) play hes levels again modern is perfect great celebration the online mode tho is really REALLY bad it crashes a ton but modding this game is the best part about it 9/10

when fallout 4 was releasd it was very glitchy altough i did never play it at release i still had a good time wasted on it. i even started modding my game so i could have more fun i recoomended that you buy it now since most of the glitches are fixed now so just go and buy it and have a great time. its so much fun well it got alot of hate at release well at least theres not too many bugs and glitches now and i actully waited until the bugs and glitches were fixed so i could buy it and not have a bad time obviusly remember never buy games until youve seen someone play it on youtube or whatever well idk what bethesda is planning now to release another fallout game or stop with the series idk im just wondering. its music is good i really love this game also its a exploration/shooter/RPG/Openworld/post-apocalyptic kind of game its a really great idea.
