Was a bit worried after the prerelease demos were a bit mid (supported the kickstarter), but the final product completely knocked it out of the park! Has the same charm as the previous releases, but with more mechanical innovation and better dialogue. A great time when you can get the lads together for a screen-share multiplayer game, as well as a fun way to pass the time on your own.

This game has something for every type of player: patient, clandestine stealth gameplay, action-packed loud gameplay, sniper missions, mission creation, multiplayer, the list goes on.

Hacknet should not be a fun game. Usually, I despise games based off of dexterity, with a immense multitude of complicated mechanics and time limits.

But somehow, Hacknet pulls it off without a hitch. No matter how many missions I completed, the game never felt at all 'samey' or 'repetetive' and, whenever a time limit flashed up on my screen, I didn't groan with the realization that I would have to spend 2 days figuring out the exact combination of well-timed mouse clicks to move forward; I felt a sudden rush of adrenaline.
