Excellent story, novel way of organizing the plots, but can be very hard and time consuming without a guide!

Great game if you 1) have money to spend and 2) are a casual player who just want to travel around the world by train and don't care too much about the simulation of train mechanics and maneuver... You have a variety of routes to choose from (need DLC for full happiness), each with different flavor, and as a Californian I am in LOVE with Cajon Pass, even though many players find it boring.

Drawbacks: don't get your hopes up in terms of bug fixes in time, but again, if you are a casual player and are just sightseeing, that shouldn't bother you too much.

PS: Please give some love to the western US! Desperately need more routes here as the landscapes are just magnificent.

As a Chinese I am very happy to see a “real” Chinese route coming out to this game. Personally I am not a fan of bullet train as it, from my point of view, is not a “train”. This add-on really helps to pave a path for the Chinese route in the future.

That being said, however, the route... can be better. I mean, the sound of locos are too loud, and the scenes... can be more detailed. To be honest, this part of Longhai Railroad is not scenic. There are so many more sections on this long route, not to mention other routes in Southwestern China, that are more beautiful and sometimes just breath-taking.

Another point, probably it’s just me, but I don’t really like the noisy passenger platform... I know that the developer want it to be more immersive, but from what I preceived, it goes the opposite way...

I would gladly give it a neutral if there is one such option, but sadly enough, there isn’t, so I may just give this a thumbs down. Hope it will be better next time.

怎么说呢，期待这条线路还是很久了！第一条在steam上的非子弹头的线路（成渝那个感觉不能算啦……😂）下下来开了一会儿，车辆模型做得不错，操作也还算是真实，但是个人不是很喜欢车头和车厢的声音，，车头声音太大，而车厢的声音………现在陇海线应该已经换无缝轨道了吧……… 布景还不错，但有些地方还可以提高。比较明显的是在三门峡西去阳店方向，快到阳店的时候……车子左边那几个大水坑是咋回事Orz 是水库吗？= =

好吧我承认作为西南人民我有偏见了，下次做线路的话，可以选择襄渝铁路宝成铁路成昆铁路湘黔铁路或者老川黔铁路（不是渝黔客专那条地铁谢谢）那么多美丽又壮观的铁路！

不管怎么样，希望中国化越来越好。这里暂时先给差评啦，抱歉。

Yes I would recommend this... game? No, I would rather call it a visual fiction, but very peaceful and beautiful. The pace is slow at the beginning, but it gets faster and faster and in the last act I could really see the potential of the ending. Love the music and graphics!
I did not expect an "exciting" gameplay when I bought this game so maybe that is why this game does not disappoint me.

Played this game two years after I played The Witcher 2, and after playing this I jump directly to The Witcher 3, and still I want to recommend this game. Some may be troubled by the combat system, and others by the graphic, but for me, I am not a big fan for both factors -- or I won't play GTA SA.
The storyline of this game is better than The Witcher 2, in my opinion, while the latter has preceded most of the recent games. We could explore Vizima before war, and still meet the king of Temaria, and after all, this world is the most peaceful world in this series, right before everything begins. And who knows? maybe the destinyof the characters in the wild hunt has been determined in The Witcher 1.
