i beat the game in 90 minutes and then it froze my laptop. not even a tingle of my ♥♥♥♥, just gone like a kiss on the wind. i should have gone to bed instead. would recommend.

Made a city. Went bankrupt in 3 minutes. Made a new city. Named it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is now a metropolis with crematoriums every 2 blocks at most and a 92% happiness rating. Grand old time in the districts of Dean Domino, The Ass Elbow, and The Military-Industrial Complex. 9/10, very good time.

It's very... rudimentary. It's fun to mess around in, but I found it not quite adequate for actual modelling. A smoothing tool for sculpting would be great, hell, just more actual sculpting tools (crease, pinch, etc.) would be great. This all being said though, what it does have feels very nice to do, and the materials are easy to pick and look lovely.
