In case of in-game name and/or avatar, make the screenshot of your Steam profile. The screenshot can be uploaded to imgur( http://imgur.com ). Using the comment system and/or adding as friend will not do anything. If you want to comment about ban being already expired, try to convert your local time to UTC.
