honestly best map out of all ark maps. idc what people say but this map deserves all the love.

okie so first of all ive played on ubisoft before buying the game on steam (i did main quest and got my gear score to 19 so basically like 24+ hours)

i dont get crashes that much only get them when tabbing out for like long period and then tabbing back in. theres aswell on going bug where textures look weird so you need to turn off frame gen before entering game and then turning it on in the game. aswell cant pickup some of the tarsyu saplings or whatever they called it either crashes my game or it just thinks i already claimed it but it doesnt say that on the map.

story writting is 7/10 they could do better but lets think about it what could they add in the avatar what other story could it be.

the world is super open world (didnt try dlcs yet) and you could never get enough of its beauty , maybe some of the mechanics could be better but its rly good

i see people complain about it not being 3rd person. i think it makes more sense for it to be first person because youre navi , youre the main character.

the first time i played on ubisoft i was using cloud gaming so i cant really tell you about optimisation but nowdays (end of the 2024) the optimisation is good atleast i think so i dont lag and i get the amount of fps i need to with my specs.

once again people complain its like farcry , ubisoft made farcry and avatar if you think about it rdr2 is like gta5 cuz same devs, sony games are all similar aswell because yk sony? every company has their own way of making games.

ingame currency. im just sad yk? singleplayer game and you need to do microtransations for customisation? theres ways to make your ikran look cool without paying is theres weekly shop it resets "weekly" and theres a chance to get ikran color + ikran baskets around the map what you can collect. character customisation is good too you can do clan uhh constubution or whatver you spell it like and you get new hairstyles , hair color , bodypaint and other things , avatar lets you aswell to customise your armor. aswell imo they shouldve given those microtransation points with dlcs cuz once again what singleplayer game has micro transations for customisation.


the combat is good , animal hunting good, resource harvesting good, everything is good idk why people complain.

idk if i mentioned but its upsetting they wont expand the world for example adding the ocean and the navi from there and everytime avtar movie comes out they just add the biome/location from that movie. this game would earn lots more if they would put slighty more effort and hire new story writters.

THIS DLC IS SO BAD THAT YOU CANT COMPLETE 90% OF THE MISSION THIS IS TERRIBLE but hey atleast ferox is cute

monsters are buggy
in secret level too much shi to do
but first actual lvls are good but yeah dont go for secrets
also poorly optimised SO IS VR
