Game has some performance issues and doesn't have an options menu at all. It doesn't really NEED one but there should be resolution, full screen, and sound settings at the minimum. The translation is also iffy at times, not bad enough to get you stuck anywhere though but there's also a straight up an untranslated line in one of the endings.

It's only ~3 hours long (can be even shorter because you can choose to skip parts of a level) and gameplay is essentially walking around, talking and picking up items. You can't really die or fail, I tried dying by over-using the eye which causes Koishi to 'die' and respawn right where you were. Whether that's worth $15 USD or if you want to wait for a sale is up to you.

The actual levels, art style and soundtrack are great, and there's neat references here and there. Finally other than the style and some undertones being dark it's more comfy and interesting than scary.
