The best allegory I can think of for this game is that hl2 beta that had a realistic physics engine on movement, the one that just killed you for running into a wall. It's both overproduced and under produced. Combat can feel really good or feel like a slap fest. Such a mixed bag I cannot recommend, and I'm yet to feel satisfied while playing.
