After seeing a sale on Jcrew.com , 33-year-old Jonathan Billings has decided to buy himself a fifth pair of New Balances.

“Yeah, I know I already had a few pairs, but these ones were red, which I felt could go with some shirts I have,” Billings said about the purchase. “Besides, a few of them are starting to get a bit worn out. One pair is, like, ten years old, so doesn’t hurt to have a new pair.”

When asked about how often he envisions himself wearing his new pair of New Balances, he shrugged and said, “I mean, if I got five I can basically wear one every weekday, and use the new ones for the weekend. That should work, definitely.”
