Why I don’t play csgo competitive as often

I don’t play csgo comp that often because somehow my trust factor is really low, therefore I will be put together with players that either don’t have microphones, grief or are just generally really bad at the game. Then I end up getting kicked for trying to lead the team as they don’t know what to do. So to counter this problem I just Q with friends that know how to play the game which I recommend you to do too.
