Great game and the true ending gives a great conclusion and proper end to the story.
Yeah it doesn't scratch the itch like Blasphemous but its still a solid game.

If you enjoyed Hollow Knight and want something to fill the void until the permanently delayed sequel releases give this game a shot.

Notice how the only bad reviews of this game are from people who didn't play long enough to actually make progress.
One review even says "you cant upgrade your heals" 🤣 explore until you find upgrades and the respective NPC that will apply them.

Game is fun when the mechanics work and you aren't getting grab framed from a lightyear away or getting hit by a swing that you rolled away from 3 business days ago.

I slept on Dionysus and Artemis early playthrough only to realize they are pretty goated.
I slept with Dusa endgame.

Literally everything about this game is phenominal except for the actual gameplay loop which is 90% boss fights. I wish there was more run and gun levels instead of just nonstop boss fights of basically standing still holding your shoot button. I completed both the dlc and every single boss fight and got every charm possible. Still did not really feel satisfied at anything other than the fact that I didnt have to play the game anymore. You might enjoy this game but I didnt.
