Great city-building game! I played like 100 hours in pirate version of Cities Skylines and i really liked it. I'ld say, its the best game about building. The reason i changed a pirate version to the license is that in a pirate version the process of downloading mods is very hard and it consumes a lot of time. And in the licension all that you just need to do is that to tap a button on your keyboard to download mod which you liked(In a Workshop ofc). From an other hand, pirate version is free and you dont need to spend money on it. But to play in original cities skylines without mods is very boring, so without mods it'ld be a boring building game.Mods mak this game cool! My rate 8/10 +REP
