I could not play this game. I also have a cd code. but the game does not open. it says my cd code is invalid. I contacted EA customer service and asked for two screenshots for a new code. I gave the first one. I can't take this screenshot because I deleted the mail that came to my e-mail address. I explained the situation to customer service and they can't send it back to my email. I do not know what to do
