Alrighty, if it's a commitment issue then that's out the door with Ski, but I will ask him. The expectation of everyone is to follow schedule and communicate well around that. Also, willingness to improve and put the team above yourself in-game. These are the initial foundations with a fundamental respect for each other.

Anyone have other referrals who you have played a lot with and follow these criteria?

I'm fine with being support, it's definitely a role I should learn, especially if it helps with my overall teamplay and communication

Ski doesnt play that much anymore, i wouldnt recomend him, plus he is not such a team player eother, he will listen but like you have to strictly say it to him
