~Basic RULES for a fun game!~

1. You cannot gift cities to other players. If you are in a war over it, they can capture it.
2. You must vote yourself world leader at each world leader vote.
3. You can only leave the game after being voted irrelevent by the other players, by losing your capital, by being at least 20 techs behind the tech leader, or by having a legitimate reason to leave that wasn't anticipated before the game start (ie, don't play if you don't have the time, but if your house is on fire or your Internet got turned off randomly thats not your fault).
4. No games on multi-continent maps without at least 8 players. With six it is too easy for someone to be isolated and simcity a win without threat.
5. On random games (where there is no draft and everyone randoms a civ) players who roll tier 6 civs (Iroquois and Venice as of the time of this writing) can call for a reroll of the game.
6. You cannot XP farm city states (war dec and then park units in range to be shot so they level up).=
