Bayonet tend to stuck in body ,materials when you are stabbing that is one disadvantages of bayonet stab .Melee weapons should have bigger demage when you are strikes at somones back ,and yes you should be able to use your fist if you lose your weapon .

What about climbing , faster move for crouch? Thats to you have in RnL.
