Seriously though, I just wondered if you had made a rotten/skeleton version of the dead soldiers ? Something similar to this : http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/09/1456948106-rottentomato.jpg This would be a cool detail imo, brutal and realistic.

Great to hear ! Also last question(more like a suggestion), I've been looking back at the german soldiers render, and I tought about an easy way to cook off a late war uniform, without having to go through painfully long model and texture work. As the german uniform was of the same cut during the whole war, just removing the buttons and piping, and recoloring the collar, can give a close result to the late war fieldblouse . And judging by photos from the late war, low boots and puttees were more common than the jackboot. I think that taking the legs model of the british rifleman, reskinning the pants to match the appearance of the german ones and putting the obtained result on the german models will do the job, as I tried to show here : http://i.cubeupload.com/N58fhS.png (excuse the lazy edit :v ) . Finally, making the new legs as a bodygroup, and the reskinned fieldblouse of the german as a skingroup, would avoid making too many extra models .
I understand it might never happen, but it's better to ask than hope. Now I'll shut up :v

Hope it's all clear and not annoying to hear about so many suggestions, excuse me if that's the case.

Hey, sorry for the late reply
We arent planning on making changes for the uniforms at the current time, we havent got the manpower or time to handle costmetic changes to models at the moment, but thanks for the suggestion!
