I plan to bring the 3rd Marines server back as soon as I am able. Technically one can be brought back immediately, but we went in and bought an actual game server which will allow for us to host multiple servers with ease. The only downside is it costs a lot to host it under a collocation site where it can be professionally maintained and kept cool.
We have since moved into a new game called Days of War and are waiting for it to hit Early Access and allows private servers. ONCE this happens we can then activate our game server and at the same time can bring back at least one WW1 Source server to run 24/7.
However, don't get your hopes up on playing with tons of people. We tried for 6 years to keep this game alive and it was always a constant struggle to keep players in the community and our clan. The game is just not new or popular anymore and I do not know if or how anyone could have done anymore to keep it alive. Hopefully with the WW1 Source developers still working on it, this is not the last chapter for WW1 Source.
