Harry-UK over on the Black Mesa Forums has been making some sweet high-poly Wheatley models, and they're definitely worth a look. He's also modelling Co-Op bots, turrets, and even GLaDOS.

Valve changes Wheatley's voice actor

It's true. However, the new voice is quite close, and most of the accent and general awesomeness has been retained, so it's not much to worry about. The voice heard in the E3 vid has always been a temp one, anyway.
