State of Emergency | Readiness System (DEFCON)
This is Westerwyn's State of Emergency system or DEFCON. You will find on the Overview page of the updated code Westerwyn will be on.

Readiness levels:
State of Emergency 1: War is imminent.
State of Emergency 2: Next stage to War.
State of Emergency 3: Units on standby, War is likely.
State of Emergency 4: Possibility of War, increased Intelligence watch.
State of Emergency 5: War is unlikely, at Peace.
