Right now I'm toying with the idea of a rotating banner, and I'd like everybody to have the option to create their own and submit it to me to go up. I'd like to keep it all similarily formatted to the one that's up right now (of the boy in the kigarumi), so I've got this template here for you to use: http://puu.sh/iVrSf/f672a603f0.png

Some rules for the banner though:
1. It has to be a transparent png
2. Don't clutter it up. One central thing per banner.
3. Keep it clean. No banners that are just genitals or porn pls
4. Don't make a banner that's just your userpic.

To clarify on that last one, since day 1 of WeebCrew one of the biggest things was always "How come X is in the banner and i'm not?" or "Put me in the banner", and that's something I'd rather avoid altogether with this new site. However you can make a banner of something that's personal to you, if it's associated to the site. In the end, I just want them to be representative of WeebCrew as a whole.

Everybody can make as many as they want, but I reserve the right to cherrypick if someone makes way more than anybody else.
