Probably trying to download mods.. sometimes it does that. I found the best way around that is to click on the workshop link and subscribe to them. Beats getting timeouts.

To play The Centre map on Ark, you need to download the DLC for this content. Go to your Ark page and click on the DLC tab. Then click on TheCentre and wait for the content to download. Once you have done this you will be able to join our server :)

Anyone play Ark Survival Evolved?

I have been messing about on there for the last few days.. OMG doesn't that game get your heart beating.. The amount of times I have had to peel myself off the ceiling is unbelievable.. I am yet to tame a pet..

Mani has amused me as he beats away on the tribal drums to his favourite Metallica tunes.. lmao.. I will try to get him to do a video of it and share.. if he is up for it.. He has created the most ridiculous character anyone could imagine.. typical of Mani.. and watching him pound his beats on the tribal drums even for a character that looks as strange as his does, looks and sounds pretty cool..

I also love being able to play female.. Something that I have badly missed while playing Rust.. I wish Rust would add customisation as well, for all us female gamers out there.. ;))

Tomorrow is updates for Rust. We will also be changing our map with this upgrade to a larger map. It was requested a map with the lighthouses.. So we have agreed to give that a go.. ;)

I also read somewhere, that they are looking at adding horse riding.. Not sure when though.. Lets hope that comes soon as well ;)

I read that Garry's mod 2 (whatever they decide to call it) is soon to be released.. From what I read they are trying to include VR with the game. I hope they do.. it would be amazing. ... Although Hmm VR trolls.. let me rethink this :P

**RE RUST SERVER**

I have added some coding to the server now which opens up a window when you log onto the map. You can then choose if you want to be a PVP or PVE player. If you choose to be a PVE player then you should not be able to be killed, nor will you be able to kill other players. I have added building protection as well. We're committed to providing a safe gaming experience for those that just want to pve so if you'd like to come test the coding out that would be great :)

That's a good question Swag. Hopefully these games will officially support VR at some point in the near future. We started VRGaming.pro to host VR games.. but as you know the Rift took a while to come out (we only got ours just yesterday!) so we have hosted these and will continue to do so. But now we have the Rift, we can start looking at popular VR multiplayer games to host. If anyone has any suggestions that they would like to see, please let me or Sansa know. Thx :)

How many here play HurtWorld?

Rust server is coming along nicely.. :D

We have added extra wildlife, guild/clans, Rust.:io, Leveling system and Quests.. so far.. Have been very busy with it all.. Feel free to check it out and give a few suggestions of things you would like to see.

Great fun with the airdrops and helicopters.. Just wish those damn bears were not so hungry all the damn time.. lol

I gave a long list of things we have added as an annoucement yesterday.. We have since added a few more new things.. We now have working car radio, gmaps and 2 more new recreation characters FNAF and PAPYRUS and finally.. A cocktail bar..

We have password the door as with all new things being added we are constantly uploading, stop and starting it.

We could let you on the server, but its likely we would be needing to restart ...

We also yesterday added a few other new things. This map will still be able to use the boats, jetski's and other new things that we had planned to add But, we have also sorted out crafting and farming too.We have a merchant, an auction for selling crafted goods and a leveling system.

Not only will we continue with our timer based purge, but we have also included capture the flag in the game...

We will get as much done tomorrow as possible.. and with a bit of luck.. reopen as usual..

We were ready to reopen the new map. But something was niggling with it all to both Mani and myself. The Map we had was OK.,but there were a few things that just didnt feel right. We had a beach and had a lot of fun messing about and testing the jetski's. We had added so much to the map with a few other new featiures..

But., something never felt quite right. We were disappointed with the amount of space we had to race about in the jetskis and had hoped for a little more.. So.. I spent some time searching through maps to find something that felt more like what we were looking for..

The addons was not a problem as they are already stored to the server. it is just a matter of adding the new map, sorting a few sellers out and a few other minor bits here and there.. and things should be set to go. So although, its still not quite done, it wont take that much longer to get it how we really would like it to be.

Its done..

Got a few little things to add here and there.. We are still going to be adding a few more chars today, obviously having a beach now, we need to add a few new features.. We are going through addons now, for jetski's boats and other fun activities for the beach area.

Had a few strange requests for the map.. some we have tried to include, but there are others that seem a little too far fetched.. Still trying to see how we can fit the suggestion of a pistol fighting raccoon into the map.. lol.. And sadly still not found the hippie in a bikini either :P

We are also looking at creating a few more jobs and characters while we are at it.

The Drug dealer now has to grow produce using lamps and a generator..

Will update as we progress..

I quite like Purge. a 2 hourly event, $1000 per kill, $25k top player award..

I think its a good way to allow players to let off steam and have those 10 mins of manic chaos.. I think as we have set purge to be a 2 hourly event it works quite well, allowing other RP players to also enjoy that side of the game as well.

Many have asked about making the purge sooner and about reducing the timer,. But I dont really want to become purge only server. I feel its quite nicely balanced atm..

Just thought I'd ask what others think about it?

I have seen a few YT vids with a headset being used with gmod. Think it was the DK2 tho. There might be a workaround if you google a bit.

Been having great fun messing about on Gmod server.. Added new characters, jobs, purge.. and a few other bits and pieces.. More to do tomorrow .. Need some sleep for now.. ZzZzZz

Update again tomorrow.. with more still to come.. SO many new things .. Saying no more.. wait and see ;)

oh and btw the group page still says 30 slot gmod server ;P

Over the next few days.. We will be adding new contect and features to the game.. With a new fun char (Pink Panther) added too.. He is going to be a very sneaky little guy.. gathering his information and helping police with his undercover investigations. Be warned as he is an informer he will be targeted by many for his all his findings and reporting to police.. Nobody likes a grass!

He will dwell somewhere in city buildings.. and may trick you as he acts like the village idiot,(within server rules) while he sneakily gathers his information..

Will you spot him.. As he snoops on you. Or will he be your target as hitman?

I think he should be a fun character to play.. and will be added in the next day or so, along with a few other new features and idea's..
