The goal of this group is to bring structure to our budding CAL group. Like any sport, succeeding in Counter-Strike Source will take: Practice, Dedication, Sportmanship, Teamplay, Cooperation and a certain level of Maturity.

The rules of our team are as follows:

1. Only the Team Manager may speak in mm1 (currently [Z]inc).

2. Quick, concise vent calls. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ must remain at an absolute minimum.

3. Respect for all players on the team, and the opposing team. Talking trash only makes us look bad, especially if we end up not performing. We are here to have fun and play our best, not talk smack.

4. Members must be serious and reliable. Punctuality is compulsory. Any players, regardless of status, may be suspended from Matches or Scrims for failing to make practices.
