1.) RESPECT You know... We thought this would be common sense, but seems not. Be kind to people, don't be overly mean to the newbies. Invite everyone with open arms.

2.) No spamming (Advertising, Mic or Text spam, Text Art, etc.)

3.) No racism or discrimination.

4.) One piece of porn a day! (Hentai, Nudity, Meatspin) MUST HAVE THE TAG NSFW!

5.) Any links containing gore or anything disturbing must have the NSFW tag when you post it or a warning of some kind about its contents

6.) No links that contain anything that might break the rules and/or contain malware.

7.) Arguing with mods is ALLOWED (Just because we are MODS doesn't mean we are better then you guys <3). If a mod gives you a warning that you don’t agree with, you can always appeal to another mod.

8.) It would seriously easier on the Mods if issues on people weren't being discussed by people in chat. Basicly, there will be no group discussion on who needs to be banned or not, the MODS WILL do their job.

9.) If an argument arises in the chat, let it happen. If it gets heated the people involved will be asked to take the argument in a private chat.

10.) Do not try to get others angry, this includes riling them up just so you can see them mad or piss them off.

11.) If a mod believes that you need to be warned, kicked, or banned for any other reason than than the ones listed above, they have the power to, but they must have approval from more than half of the ACTIVE mods in the chat at the time.
(Mod Rule) If most other mods think you are wrong, you’re wrong.Breaking these rules will result in the following:
First offense- Verbal warning
Second offense- Being kicked from chat
Third offense and offenses after- Banned for 1-3 DAYS (maybe even 5 minutes) depends what the mods decide.

12.) Do not call anyone by their real name unless they're okay with you doing so. I just had my dad and little brother burst in and blurt ♥♥♥♥ out, so now everyone and their mom knows. So don't call anyone by their real name, unless given permission. -V.exeD Rule.

13.) If you believe that a mod has falsely warned, kicked, or banned you, you can appeal by contacting another mod to work things out.
MOD RULE: NO ENDURING BANS WITHOUT DISCUSSION BETWEEN ALL THE MODS. (No people in the chat are not mods and internal discussions is a rule against anyways)

Since the chat is cosidered a offical Late Night Chat, the reason we have rules and mods is to mantain control and formality of the chat. without rules and mods, chat would be a total disaster, and may damage the reputation of the Vexabils group . It might even damage the reputation of the Late Night Stream and Cry himself. I mean, think about it, some of our number are young.

Officers and mods are trying thier best to avoid those circumstances without causing negitive impact towards chat or anyone involved.

Please have a better understading for the chat, rules, officers, and mods before judging them. We all make mistakes and are trying are best to avoid them. Now this new rule would make a fair bit of people happy. You are now allowed to post unlimited porn WITH LABELED NSFW TAG. I. Repeat. WITH THE TAG. Now before everyone starts throwing ballons this is on a trial basis. As soon as extreme amounts of porn gets posted without laabeling then we will go back to the one a day labeled porn. Now, go forth and shake them titties. BUT KEEP IT LABELED. Put tag first before posting the link. Failure to do so will be sentenced to death by SNU SNU!
