Lenght of Times
----------------------
First joined to 3 months= copper (Cu)
3 months to 7 months= Zinc (Zn)
7 months to 12 months (1yr)= silver (Ag)
12 months to 16 months= gold (Au)
16 months to 24 months (2yrs)= uranium (U)

Also if you don't want to be a medal group and want to edit stuff like raffling or giveaway thats fine; pay 3 ref to be a staff member permit
