Ban Appeal Template
If you are banned from either of the Unity servers, and feel you were wrongly banned or want to return to the community, fill out this form and post it in a new topic in the "Un-Ban Requests" forum category.

How long was the ban for? it doesnt say so i guess forever
Short explanation of what happened:
my frietold me to come play on unity so i play about 2 maps
then i got on the next day and it said i was banned

Posts like "i rmded an got ban unbn pls" will be deleted.

i was ban fr haveing 10 warns i havent read all the rules and memorize them by heart but i genrely know the rules i had only 2 active warns and my other were deactivated a whil ago i love playing on this sever and i still whant to if i can be uban i like the admins such as, dante, hens mhy name anti dante, and LordofTheKodos, also the owner captain cat, itzflames a player, iwould come back to play if i am unband and ready to have fun
