Do you think you can give any more insight as to what happened and what the actual reason for the ban was? If you had only done one simple RDM, you shouldn't be banned perma. Can you think of anything else you may have done to earn a perma ban, or what the full reason may be?

Fresh, I could not find any evidence in our logs of you ever being banned. Your steamID nor your previous or current names come up in the history. I'm not sure why you cannot get into the server, but from what i looks like you are not banned. If you continue to have issues, let us know. Thanks.
