Uban Request for unfair ban

When i was banned: just recently
Reason for ban: random death match x3
Ban time: 10800 min.
Ban From which admin: someone named cameron cant really remember
Explanation of the situation: I already had one warning of rdm which was just me messing around and I the punishment willingly.Yet this time it was an accident, I heard gunshots and multiple dead bodies. Then I see a player run away from those bodies that were unidentified. So I don what you do in this situation in TTT i killed the person who turned out to be an innocent. It was an accident, but still took the slay and the second warning then some how got forced another warning then I was banned.
My opinion on the situation: I love this server and the people on it, its a fun and friendly server that helps me relax,but this ban to feels very unfair. It is fine if the ban can be lifted for some odd reason, but if it can be lifted soon it would be awesome, because I really enjoy this server. And thank you for taking the time to read this unban request.

You actually already had a warning on you for two counts of RDM by Jess two hours prior to this incedent. I gave you the slay, and the warning for you killing an innocent with no reason prior to checking previous warnings. After checking the warnings on you, I found out that this was your third count of RDM, which according to the rules results in a one week ban.

I dont ever rememeber this third rdm, and if it did happen why didn't any staff on around that time to do anythig about it. And I do remember a rule that follows staff for servers for a game mode such as TTT, and that rule is don't take previous violations into act against a person for doing a present one, because there was staff on and accpeted this "rdm" account as probbly an accident or just didnt decide to do anythign about it.

Rules for other servers do not apply to Unity. For Unity, it is the amount of times it has happened in total, unless you have been unbanned, in most cases, it becomes reset. I did take care of the RDM I witnessed, and Jess took care of what she witnessed. Your warns for these actions can be seen by typing !warn in game, and when I did that, I saw you already had a count of two, plus the one that occurred that caused me to ban you. We're fairly lenient here about accidental rdm's and this one clearly wasn't accidental. Therefore you were banned.

Hi Commander Greene. I've looked over your unban request. After talking to Senior staff members we've decided that we will revoke your ban early. But at the moment if you break our RDM rule again we will have to ban you for a week. Thanks for the kind words, and enjoy the server!
