NEW CAREER GAME

1. We start new save with many countries loaded. All countries will have only highest leagues. Only England will have lower divisions in order to have chance, if you get sacked.

2.Every manager starts his favorite club in a chosen country and keeps developing his club. In a case you get sacked-you must apply for a job due to games rules , keeping your manager history. This is TRUE career game.

3.Every manager starts from a lowest manager reputation. All managers will have equal start reputation. It will get higher after some time. Also until you prove your abilities, you will not get job offers from super clubs. And this is realistic.

4.To avoid sacked managers due to timer mistakes-we will set timer for browsing-1 min. It will help you have good quality in your work, speaking with players and etc.

5.We will not stop people from downloading tactics. Ok, lets show your experience and beautful game. But people, who use information from forums like this:

if your tactics makes beautiful football to watch-it is ok. Not nice if you score 50% goals from long throws or standarts. And some forums advice settings how to win a game just making unrealistic standarts and use game weakness.
