I haven't touch Gmod in a while. It's been primarily SFM for me, but that looks like a wonderful job you've been doing. I don't know what was used to rip into the game, but RTB and Prawn have done it before. You should see them.

Reguardless I have my own Soundwave, Megatron, and a few others sitting on my computer waiting to get rigged. So don't fret, you guys will at least see them in some form.

Edit: No, it's not. It's the Wii version. Went though his gallery, I do see a lot of stolen shit he's either not crediting, or claiming his. Most of his sketchups are pretty much carbon copies of Transformer Avatars from Second Life. I should know. I've seen them, I even noticed a few I did in Second Life in there.

It's not even that hard to do honestly. In SL, you work with these things called Prims. They come in many shapes, and can be streched, cut, twisted, whatever to make what you need. I've made countless things this way, for example: http://lordvipes.deviantart.com/gallery/40590445

All one needs is an exporter browser to turn these "prim" builds into real 3D models, and they're not hard to come by. Export as .obj, and boom. I've done it to my own builds.

Once taken out of the game, you can do whatever you like with them. What seems to have happened there, is since the models themselves are simple, he traced over them and added/removed detail. A lot of this guys "work" exactly looks like Rogo Gorky's old Transformers before he went into mesh. I should know, I have all of his old work.

I did not know about the copies. I talked to him about lending me the Thunderwing files to be used for Source so that we could use them. He told me I had to pay him 20$ for using "his" stuff because he was tired of people "stealing" his content and not give him credit. He's not getting a dime from me that's for sure.

God I can't believe that I didn't see this comment before. lol
