That's how it supposed to be, or it will screw typographics.
Icons for some games are just bad and low contrast.
And what would be wrong with increasing the size of text? I already do it myself, it wouldn't be that hard.
I thought that as well.
Unfortunately it doesn't work that way.
I just tried manually changing the font size for friend chat in steam.
The emoticons stayed the same size. They're stuck at that size.
Those statements are a matter of opinion--impertinent ones fabricated to forward an already counterproductive argument.
So to the matter at hand, I previously opened my emoticon list and saw , which I had neither realized I had nor seen before. I wasn't able to tell what it was until I moused over it. And before anyone tries to accuse me of this, my hardware doesn't suck, my eyes are fine, I'm not stupid, I'm not intoxicated, and I don't need to get a better computer.
Seriously.
