when will bots be back online?

i bought a gun with my credits and tried to get it my trade offer. It lasted a fcking a lot and i refreshed the page ( i thought its a problem of mine) . Then i saw that a bot named akemidragon1 allready sent me trade offer ( but he / she /it didnt) i dont have any t rade offers and when i try to press create offer it says "You already have an active tradeoffer". But i dont! Help ! item i bought was a Usp-S Caimant Stattrack(Minimal Wear)

Hi, I got recently banned due to misunderstandment, which i understand was partially my fault, but I didn't intend to insult the Admin or the site, it's just that I replied to another member in rather inappriopriate form of language, therefore I'd like to ask for understanding and unbanning if possible, I really like Trade Ninja since it's way better than CSGL and I'd love to keep on using it, thank you.

when i try to get credits with my guns, it wont load the skins from my inventory instead i get this message : No items to display.
