Now that the English patches are out for the PC-98 games, there's a bit of a surge of new players for them. Have you played the original five in the series yet? Can you make any damn sense out of HRtP? Seen anything that's impressed you in the originals, or that baffles you compared to the Windows games? I just got back from Otakuthon, where I saw a man clear four out of five of the games on Lunatic without using a continue, so that was awesome, and I also went up against Kilgamayan in a Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream match (and lost, but it got pretty close, so that was awesome).
