Hi guys. Just going to write a thought i have had. I wanted to make some kind of "union" that would prohobit transfers between teams whitout the correct circumstances. No binding contract and if so the legal transfer should be obied.. Clanjumpers are killing the lower tier teams and even the better teams dont feel to good not to hunt new talents in the second layer tier. If the second layer tier teams cant develop their teams due to transfers then the top will be as now, only 10 top tier teams. I would rather see it like the worldcup where alot of teams can interrupt the best teams streak. Like LG just did with fnatic but cant really call LG second layer tier team.. Any thoughts?, should i proceed?
