Hello! So my PC keeps repeating POST and I literally can’t do anything, I can’t reboot it or anything using F11/F10 or whatever.. when it gets to the blue HP logo it just repeats POST over and over. This first happened was in July and I haven’t figured it out yet, it also fried my first PSU, I just bought a new PSU today and it’s still having the same issue, I was able to do a diagnostic by holding F9, that was the only thing it would let me do, it showed that all of my hardware was healthy. So I have literally no idea how to fix this problem.

Hard drive: SeaGate 1tb
PSU: Insignia 450W 80+ ( just bought)
Original PSU: Unkown brand, 250W

It’s an 8 year old PC, but I want to fix this problem and replace the hardware, but I need help trying to figure out what the issue is.. so if anyone can help please give me an answer, I’ve been trying to figure this out for months.

Don’t suggest a new PC, I already know I need one, and I already know it would be cheaper, I just don’t want to hear it, because that’s all people seem to suggest and I’m 101% aware of that, I want to preserve this PC.
