weapon 'tiers'
no this isn't about killstreaks. or status symbols via australium festive botkiller vintage lugers. I'm talking about ranking unlocks for each slot for each class against one another. I belive its no longer the case of 'well x is good sometimes but stock is best overall' anymore. in that enough weapons have been changed to not be entirely useless anymore. lets talk about that

Primaries(knives in spy's case and medigun in medic's case) don't really have that much of a tier-based ranking. Secondaries a bit but it's mostly melee. Let's just look at pyro melees:

Top-Tier:

Axtinguisher
Powerjack

Meh-Tier:

Homewrecker

Trash-Tier:

Everything else.

I see your point, but something I had in mind specifically regarding primary options for scout as an example. stock is good all around I dont think anyone would object to that. with the BFBs buffs its also a lot more viable all around. maybe I'm biased but I would say the soda is too now although it shines on some maps more than others. same thing goes for the shortstop, although I do relish the days it had a million billion dps. RIP instant reload. however the force a nature is just plain bad. theres no 2 ways about it

Soda popper was great without the mini-crits, and now it still is, it's a surprise they didn't completely throw hype out of the window. All that FaN does the SP does better: mobility and burst damage(quick 2-shots). Knockback is trash.
