Additionally, if you receive messages from people with the name "[unassigned] " make sure to report the account and dont open the link!

Should you have opened a link, check your inventory. Last time it automatically sent items to a specific steam account. Could be at least a clue.

I have opened the link in a secure environement, it looks like this when youve opened it:

As you can see the .scr-file is the file being downloaded.
