Its that time of the year again - SUMMER. You know what that means, we are back in business, we get to take a break from university, college and school to do some hardcore gaming. We will be getting a ton of new members and we will be playing some popular FPS titles such as Bad Company 2, Modern Warfare 2 and good old Counter-Strike: Source.

Well it looks like our server is awfully popular.

Next month we will add on another 12 slots.
So we can expect our server to be able to handle more people.

Demand right now greatly exceeds capacity.

Hopefully we don't overfill our 32 slot server otherwise we might have to get a second 32 slot server.

Then we can do 32 slots RUSH 24/7 and 32 slots CONQUEST 24/7.

I'll keep you updated as our plans change ;)

It looks like our server is doing pretty well. Got 19 people on it as we speak.

We need to either up the slot count or get a second server to handle the load. Twenty slots just isn't enough.

So I was thinking of getting a 2nd server sometime soon so we don't overload the first one and we can play ;)

Tell me your thoughts in the comments below or msg me on steam or MSN what you think would be best?

Right now though I'm thinking of booting it up to 32 slots. Then when that fills which shouldn't be too hard since it's making a killing right now, we'll get a second 32 slotter and wait for that to fill so that that way we can hopefully spread out the load instead of amking one server crap out completely.

How we will deal with cheaters is by using punkbuster's screenshot feature which will allow us to take a screenshot of the player's screen to show what they see - this will help us catch people using radar hacks and wallhacks. As for aimbotters and exploiters this means we'll have to sit and spectate unfortunately until I find a way to extract information from the server.

This also means the plugin might take a while to make as I don't have the SDK for the game either so this makes it even more difficult to make an anti-cheat.

Hopefully I do finish the anti-cheat eventually because then it would allow us more time to play and less time to ban people and spec ;)

Up until now not much information regarding the maps or the single player of Battlefield Bad Company 2 have been unveiled.

For now the only maps I know of are:
-Port Valdez (Rush)
-Arica Harbor (Rush)
-Panama Canal (Conquest)

The game is planned to have more maps and the DLC and the key included with each copy of the game is said to unlock 4 maps included on the game disk which brings us up to 12 maps. With DLC's and custom maps this count will only be greater.

I suggest if you're holding off on buying a new game - make sure you get Battlefield Bad Company 2.
