Im going to make the bar for rent. NOT let it to be vacant but /hire people there to work for themselfs, they bring their stock and pay 8 gb. The tax is reasonable and its not a mall tax either and its in a good location. They will be /hire on the plot so we will be removing the buttons for the 2 bottom floors. The chest with stock will be moved to the storage units under the bath house plot.
