Industrial groups you don't listen to anymore for whatever reason
Have you have stopped listening to a certain industrial group or artist because they either changed their music style, lack of quality or just never really kept up with them?

Apoptygma Berzerk, I love their early industrial releases to death before they shifted to future pop. I did listen to some of their future pop stuff but I completely stopped listening to them when they made that weird hard rock shift with "You and Me Against the World". It did have two or three good songs but the album sucked overall. The next one after that was just awful.

KMFDM, this is another band I absolutely adored in the 90's. I was glad they reunited in the early 00's but that signature KMFDM guitar riff was gone. Still they made some good albums when they got back together. It was up to "WWIII" when I thought the band lost all it's magic from their glory years. "Hau Ruck" was very hit and miss with me including the next album after that. I also didn't like the fact that Lucia took over most of the vocals in each album. She is not that much of a good vocalist in my opinion. I notice majority of the songs she sings in aren't that great either.

Zeromancer, despite a major shift in sound with their 3rd LP "Zzyzx" I still enjoyed them. When they made a return to their normal industrial rock in their 4th album it still bland and stale.

Velvet Acid Christ, the group's quality in sound declined rapidly after the frontman Bryan Erickson got off of drugs. Not to sound like an ass but he sounded better when he was on drugs. "Twisted Thought Generator" was amazing and his magnum opus. "Hex Angel" was good, "Lust for Blood" was decent with a few good songs and I thought "The Art of Breaking Apart" was meh. The two albums after that were garbage in my opinion. What really puts me off of the band is Erickson acts like a child online through his band's facebook. I don't even know why I still follow them. I guess I'm waiting for good material that may never come.

Rob Zombie, his first solo album after White Zombie was decent and did have some traces of industrial metal but honestly lacked the charm when he was with White Zombie. He moved further away from industrial metal and into groove metal territory. Everything just felt generic and boring. Not to mention his lyrics felt juvenile.

Static X, I only kept up with their first 2 albums. Everything after that felt like garbage as they ditched the industrial metal sound and stayed closer to nu metal.

Dope, they are ok. They do have a few really good songs but that is about it. Every thing else feels so super generic in not only music but lyrics as well. It's your typical industrial metal by the numbers. Nothing special.

Front Line Assembly, these guys were one of my most favorite industrial groups but when they made that awful change to including dubstep into their music I stopped listening to them.

Covenant - they stopped using distortion everywhere, I got bored.

Oomph! - got bored again.

Haujobb - went synthpop, meh.

KMFDM - pretty much similar reasons to OP.

There's a lot of other stuff that I haven't listened to much anymore just because I played it to death at some point, and now I have other stuff to listen to. Also, I find myself listening to less EBM-type stuff in general than I once did, probably for a similar reason (for awhile, it was my main thing).
Fear Factory - Only their first album was gud. Very death metal while heavy on the industrial. Demanufacture was ok but the death metal was gone.

Pitchshifter - first 2 were amazing. Desensitized was cool too but didn't feel as raw. Next one was decent at best as for www.pitchshifter.com, wtf was that? That album was shit. Completely new poppy sound and faggy vocals.

Marilyn Manson - only listened up to Antichrist Superstar. Mechnical Animals was shit. Haven't listen to him since then.

Skinny Puppy - Only listened to them up to The Process. It was alright but didn't feel like Skinny Puppy. Got excited when they reunited and then disappointed.

Psychic TV - they completely lost me when they started to do acid house music.
I have to add Ministry to the list in support of antifa. Do not support extremist idealogy.
