Hello everyone, its been a while. We have seen some amazing industrial albums release and have had the sad passing of Genesis P-Orridge and Bill Rieflin. May they rest in peace.


This is a shout out to my friends in Industrial Machine Music discord server. They are a fun and friendly industrial discord server for all types of fans of the genre. They are putting together a music compilation of various industrial artist/bands to contribute a song. All the money to this digital release will go to charity. And if possible, they might make a physical release on cassette through Exabyss Records. We already have a few artist/bands on board such as Human Vault, Chrome Corpse, Michael Idehall and others. What a journey it's been for Nine Inch Nails! It's been 30 long years since the debut Pretty Hate Machine as it was released on October 30th of 1989. The record mainly consists of reworked tracks from the Purest Feeling demo.

In the demo you can hear a much more synthpop influenced sound than the official release. This was due to Trent Reznor being hot off the heels of his synthpop group Exotic Birds.

The album itself has left a legacy within the industrial scene as it is the most successful and fastest selling industrial album as well as a gateway in the scene. The record has even crossovered to fans of different music scenes from punk, goth, metal and even pop. Songs from the album have even been covered by many different artist and cite it as a stepping stone for their musical career.

The album can still be purchased today as it has been reissued numerous times before on vinyl and including a remastered edition. If you do not own it, get it. It's an essential record for any industrial fan.

This is the latest upcoming release from dark/ritual ambient artist Michael Idehall who is a composer, sound artist, painter, and author living and working in Gothenburg, Sweden. He also has a patreon with link below.

The House of Flames contains two intersecting books: Tavulaxa and Glyphï. Tavulaxa details 11 mythological concepts of the Draconian current and navigational sigilisations that assist the reader in connecting the mystery to the accompanying sound composition. Glyphï consists of 23 channelings of automatic ink drawings and oracular texts. The third component is an indexing diagram called The Circle of Sight which is a matrix displaying how the different oracles, sigils, and sound compositions correspond to each other.

Formed in 2004 within the gothic/industrial underground scene, Corpus Principium essentially is a darkwave one man band that is completely fronted by Lord Marquis. The band's music is often described as oldwave esoteric group. Using gothic aesthetics from the 1920's accompanied by shamanism and other occultic themes.

Since during the span of 2004 to 2013, Corpus Principium released a string of singles. It was that year in 2013 that a full fledged album was released under the title Blessing of Death. The limited release was distributed under Death Posture Rituals, a very underground music label that is long defunct.

Lord Marquis would resurface in 2015 with a follow up, Old Souls. This would be the final release from Corpus Principium. The album is available digitally only through bandcamp. Their facebook page has remain inactive and the last post was in March of 2017. It's unknown as the current status of the band.
