Dear Customers,

As a result of recent denial of service attacks targeting our infrastructure we will be migrating voice servers to new IP Address(s) under a 10Gigabit firewall in an effort to stabilize our network. Please note some servers have already been moved and will not be affected during this migration. We expect services to be interrupted for a few minutes while we migrate your services to a server at the same location. If you are using custom hostname services your hostname will automatically update and point to the new ip address. Please look below to obtain the new ip address of your services.

Once your services on the old ip address go offline your services should become available on the new ip address listed within 10 minutes. Because of the nature of the event we expect the maintenance event to take the full two hours each customer should only be affected for 10-20 minutes while their services are migrated.
