I have someone to report. I dont know how to start a announcement so im putting it here. His name is The Chezit Boul. His friend massacres bambi's with an M4, and he knows a duping glitch, and handcuffed and burlap sacked a TCPF officer after breaking his limbs. They kept him tied up and fed him for hours. Last known location is Svet. If someone could announce this who has permission that would be great!

We were tgether and they shot me and the head and i think killed sarl
