I'd rather play a game with a fulltime offclasser than deal with one more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who complains the entire game.

Why? Because those complaints cause the whole team to become frustrated, which makes them not want to comm or work together, which in turn makes the offender complain that people aren't comming or working together.
