On the topic of quality of #tf2mix
1) There should be a way to votekick players who are trolling / afk during the pug and there is no admin to kick the player or re-exec the game

2) There should be a minimum required games to add as captain. <40 game people picking poorly make for unfun pugs 8(

Very good ideas, actually, #2 should change really soon. I left it open when I started the channel because nobody had stats but nowadays it should be fine!
