Meet the team issue

Hello, most of the time I get a steam error, but when it does "work" all it does is give the 9 classes the unusual effects I have equipped for them, no weapons or other cosmetics just the unusual effects (and not even the hat the effect comes from) is it just me having this issue?

Did you try selecting the mercs and equipping the items or did you somehow have the mercs have cosmetics before selecting Meet the Team?

I didnt do any of that if I recall, I just put my steam profile link and pressed enter and all 9 mercs were there with nothing other than unusual effects
